What is the Christian view on employee rights and unequal distribution of resources?

In my Christianity class we are talking about issues with justice and how they interact with Christian ideals. We never really talked about this in class and the teacher has moved on. Help?|||You might as well ask what the ballroom dancer's club's view on employee rights and unequal distribution. Or ask Cat Fancier's of America's view.

It will be different with each person.|||The bible says that masters(Bosses, managers etc) should treat their servants(workers, slaves, maids etc) with respect, equality and dignity. So does the worker treat the master with kindness, loyalty, and obedience.

Ephesians 6:5-9

Servants, be obedient to them that are [your] masters according to the flesh, with fear and trembling, in singleness of your heart, as unto Christ; Not with eyeservice, as menpleasers; but as the servants of Christ, doing the will of God from the heart; With good will doing service, as to the Lord, and not to men: And, ye masters, do the same things unto them, forbearing threatening: knowing that your Master also is in heaven; neither is there respect of persons with him.|||I get the impression from the Bible that God is an "at-will" employer. He's pretty capricious about most things. If he's willing to kill off almost the entire population of the planet, innocent animals and humans, in a flood because he's feeling disrespected he can't really begrudge anybody anything. I mean, the world only got a rainbow in return - no unemployment or settlement of any kind. What good is a rainbow?

Think about the grievances that poor Job could have filed!|||See Matthew Chapters 20 and 25.|||Practice what you preach.

There are people in parts of the world living on a few cents a day. So, feel free to reduce your income to their level...|||Just keep thanking God what you do have/|||jesus gave away free health care and encouraged redistribution of wealth.

Christan's today, total opposite.|||Render unto Caesar
