How important is it for a religion to proclaim it is a Christian religion for that religion to be a success?

By "success" I mean, to have more converts. Why do a lot of Christian sects try to proclaim other Christian religions to be non-Christian religions? How important is the label "Christian" to their own religion's success?|||Well considering that Islam is the fastest growing religion, I would say that the "Christian" label is starting to become irrelevant.|||There really is no valid measurement for the success of any religion. God would

not leave anyone out. He has teachers for all nations and different thought systems.

We are all born where we are for a reason and we are always exactly where we need

to be for our life lesson.

Many people believe that they should try to convert others to our way of thinking,

flawed though it is. I guess they think that the Divine Intelligence that created us

didn't know what It was doing and needs us to straighten it out for Him.

Not so! We should listen to His prompting and spread love to all our brothers everywhere.

There is no correct religion. All are of benefit to their adherents and some cross

bleeding of traditions may be beneficial to all. After all, if we are narrow minded

how can we learn about the real Creator? Preconceived ideas will just keep us in

the rut we are in. God is so vast we need every approach available to learn about Life.
