Need examples of Christian behaviors and analyse their values that are the results of religion?

For example :Japanese, they commit suicide a lot coz they got it from those samurai in the past; they believe that the only way to be responsible for their humiliation or failure is death

So, for Christian people..I need their thinking or reasons behind their actions

Why christians donate a lot? Why they go to church? Dont exactly celebrate halloween? Baptize?

Please help!! Thank you.|||Christians (hopefully) give because God moves them to do this and because the love of God dwells in them and motivates them to help others.

Unfortunately, a lot of Christians also give because they've been deceived by some schiester false preacher or because they've been told they must tithe or God won't bless them (lies).

Christians should "go to church" because they want to assemble together with their brothers and sisters to share the new things that God has taught them during the week. And they can't actually "go to church." They ARE the church, so I guess you could say they *assemble* the church when they come together.

On the other hand, many Christians go to church for other reasons; good music, good speaker, to see friends, because they think they have to.

All Hallows' Eve is a pagan holiday, so Christians don't actually celebrate it though many do join in the fun by wearing inoffensive costumes, passing out candy, taking the kids trick-or-treating, getting together for a party, etc.

Baptism is one of two ordinances Jesus left us with and commanded us to practice. The other is Communion, or the Lord's Supper (which should mean sharing His love together over an actual meal as Jesus did in the Last Supper with His disciples). Baptism is not unique to Christianity but is/was practiced in many religions. It signifies dying to one's old life and rising from the water into a new life (in Christ, in this case).|||That's stereotyping, plain and simple. For example, ALL the East Asian countries have high suicide rates, and South Korea (who never had a samurai-like cultural equivalent) has a higher rate than Japan.

Christians in the US actually donate LESS by percentage than nontheists. Most celebrate Halloween. Not all Christian denominations baptize in the same ways. I think that you'd have a hard time categorizing behaviors as "Christian", considering you can't remove those behaviors from other factors like socioeconomic status and culture.|||Some Christian behaviors are:

Attacking the USA Constitution by trying to force other peoples kids to pray an official prayer in public schools.

Doing everything they can to take benefits away from single welfare mothers and their children and force them to live a life of misery, disease and abject poverty.

Make sure nobody but people with a lot of money get adequate healthcare.

Spread hatred, prejudice and violence against Gay citizens.

Continue the spread of HIV/AIDS by opposing condom distribution, needle exchange and disease and sex education regarding STDS.|||Firstly, not all Japanese practice ritual suicide. For the most part, that tradition has vanished.

Not all Christians are the peace-loving, humanitarians you describe. Many are evil, just take the KKK, and the Aryan Brotherhood.|||Hating nonbelievers, or believers with a different version of their faith. Burning them at the stake and torturing them. Slaughtering thousands during the Crusades. Lots of neat witch hunts. Don't forget Jonestown.|||try this
