How can I get Christian organizations to review and promote my ebook?

I wrote a book in 2005 that is now out of print, but it just became an e-book on Amazon. How can I get churches and Christian organizations to review it and promote it if they like it?|||Start with churches and organizations where you know one or more of the leaders. Ask them to do a review as a favor to you and post it in their site. Some will be too busy. Some will have a policy against this but some may do it. Move on to churches and groups in your own area. Introduce yourself to the pastors by email or in person and ask them to take a look at the book. Refer them to the reviews that are now up on your friend's sites. Think or the logical connections to these groups, or example going from a local church to larger churches of same denomination to district or regional sites within the church to organizations affiliated with the church. Go to Facebook and do a page for your book. Do a search for organizations with related topics. Consider a blog, word press is good. Twitter can build a presence too. In many cases an author or publisher will offer a small donation or fee to reviewers for each click or each sale that comes from a link on their site.

If you have speaking skills also ask local churches and ones w/in 100 miles or so for opportunities to speak on the topic of your book.

Send press releases to local and denominational publications and radio and TV stations especially Christian stations about the release of the e book. The more you and your book become familiar names to people the more you are seen as an authority the betetr reception you will get
