How did the Democratic party become hostage to atheists and anti-Christian bigots?

The Democratic party used to be home to the vast majority of Catholic voters.





2004 was the first time that a Republican (Bush), against Kerry (nominal Catholic) got the majority of the Catholic vote.





Atheists and anti-Christian bigots now dominate the Democratic Party. They say they aren't religous but public schools are their temples used to indoctrinate children via their secularist, anti-Christian views.





America has had a long Judeo-Christian tradition. What is the cause of the big backlash against it?





Why is the Democratic party willing to lose Christian voters like it has in the last 30 years, especially of late?

I suppose you can call it a lack of commone sense or misplaced ideas. It is always someone else's fault for their problems. The Dems give away money to buy votes(as in welfare and free aid to people who truly do not deserve it) and that keeps the cycle going.|||I don't have a direct response to your question. I am upset however by how the christian religion is being singled out in America. People are trying to smother our rights. They didn't want prayer in schools, so what happened...it was removed. They didn't want the 10 commandments in front of the courthouse so what happened...it was also removed. They are fighting the saying "In God We Trust". They are even trying to remove christian programs from being shown on TV. This country has lot site of God. No, I'll rephrase that, this WORLD has lost site of God. It's like the days of Soddem and Gamorah. I have a lot I could say about some of the other religions or anti-religions, but I won't. I respect what you believe it.
